Market Leaner is the seed of a marketing agency offering a series of digital marketing services with a growing number of clients across a host of industries in Philadelphia and South Jersey. You will be working with me and the position will cover three overlapping areas of work as listed below. There is opportunity for full time work in the next 3 months.
The ideal candidate will be able to meet regularly for training and work as well as work independently from home in the future. Professionalism is important as you will be working with my clients in travel and real estate. The work will require 15 to 25 hours of your time each week with some flexibility on hours.
The Position (20 Hours Per Week to Start)
- Local Search Optimization (50%)
- posting and updating listings across general, vertical, and local directories
- writing blurbs, categorizing services, uploading images online
- sending email blasts seeking customer feedback, reviews, or referrals
- Blog Content Development (30%)
- primary research such as outreach, conducting interviews, or data collection
- creating content for events, updates, and creative ideas
- managing social media accounts by posting relevant news or related content
- Account/Client Management (20%)
- coordinating with clients for information and requirements
- providing updates and checking in with clients weekly
- tasking, tracking, and improving systems for operations
About You
- Competent, thoughtful, detail-oriented
- Meticulously records what they do and when
- Strong writing and professional skills
- Able to meet regularly in Bryn Mawr or Ardmore
- Able to get around on their own to meet as needed
- Able to take phone calls regarding client work during set hours
- Owns a laptop, has Internet access, and types 40+ words per minute
